2/12/26 I’m based at RTN, and Dusty met me with the fuel truck when I landed today. Service at RTN is still excellent. New FBO owners do not provide rent car service, but all other services are available. The new taxiway construction is finished and it was a first class job, with more improvements to the airport planned.

Departed and returned to home base at RTN today from Angelflight. Adam met us with the fuel truck almost before the engine was shut down, used the clean restroom and grabbed a free Dr. Pepper. Express Aviation is a first class FBO and a perfect spot to stop before crossing the mountains to the west. Rental car fleet is available on the field along with any other services a pilot needs.

Yet another superb trip into KRTN. Fit my plane in a heated hangar for us to depart the next morning at 10F. Fuel truck wouldn’t start so Dusty filled up my tip tank with eng running and sent us on our way. These folks are the finest in the business with customer service. Superior to everywhere I have visited in either small GA or even private jets. Simply outstanding. Thank you Dusty!

Have stopped here many times - each occasion prompt, professional, and welcoming service. Add superb fuel costs to the mix and you obtain a highly suggested stop!

Just finished a 4 day stay in Raton NM. When I arrived at airport I was immediately greeted by Adam. Very helpful and cordial. The finest service I have had in years. Stored plane in hanger at a fair fee. Inexpensive gas. Complimentary snacks and soda in lounge. Cannot say enough good about my experience. Two superb runways.

Dusty and crew never disappoint. Put the plane in a hangar the night before departing since temps were getting to 0F. Ended up needing more fuel so Dusty filled up my tip tank once we taxied over from the hangar so we did not have to shut down or get back out and paid the following day. These guys are the finest in the business!

Good stop after coming thru the mountains from the NE, lovely NM views. Adam was awesome! Fine facilities, inexpensive fuel, crew-car and pilot rates at the Best Western in town.

It is good having Express as my home FBO. Dusty and Adam are always ready and willing to assist with anything needed. Service is outstanding, snacks and drinks no charge. RTN offers rental cars and is situated to avoid the highest terrain in NE New Mexico.
