December 19, 2023Will state this is the initial negative remark I have ever submitted. Arrived at 6:35 PM FBO shuts down at 7pm. Fuel trucks remain on the ramp. Was informed I needed to pay a $65 callout charge. I was planning to take around 80 gals. I declined. He steered the fuel truck directly before my plane to park them for the evening. Got back into my aircraft and departed to a different field for fuel. Called the FBO supervisor the subsequent morning and was told he was in a conference and he has never returned my call.
