Roundup Airport (KRPX)

Fresh asphalt on the runway and taxiways. Getting in and fueling was simple. Came in on a 100 degree day and the pilots lounge was nice and cold. Fuel prices were the lowest around the area.

What a fine spot! I got stuck by weather, and they fortunately had a hide a key for the crew car. Kelly Gebhardt, airport manager extraordinaire took time from his extremely busy and complicated schedule to adjust my carburetors and give me some good life advice! Look this guy up when you are around!!

Landed for fuel and found the best price anywhere around central MT. I talked with Kelly, the airport manager-really great guy. They offer pretty much every service, plus excellent fuel prices. The FBO is basically a "shop/hangar/bathroom." A lovely little girl welcomed me with water and cookies (not sure she's actually full-time staff :) ). Make this one of your stops for sure!!
