Avflight Roswell (KROW)

Outstanding ramp crew and customer service staff. I left an item behind at the FBO, and they packed it up and shipped it free of charge. It even showed up before the trip was over! Facilities were spotless and had lots of amenities.

I have the chance to visit many FBO's across the lower 48, and Avflight is among the finest! Customer service is superb! Stayed for the evening, put me in a hanger and permitted me to use a car. Adelita, Alan and Frank made everything smooth and I will definitely make this stop again. Did I mention free Nachos???

Part 2 of Comment We met Reyna and Claudia at the front desk. Fine to put a face to the telephone voice. Jet A price a little elevated. I urge them to apply to C.A.A.

Super friendly staff, handled the extra air race traffic incredibly well. Surprisingly no fees at all with gas purchase and reasonably priced avgas! Plan to be back next year.

The Avflight crew is about as friendly as it gets at an FBO. The complimentary nachos, fountain drinks, and candy are an awesome bonus. They’ve got a comfortable courtesy car and good facilities too. I left my flight bag on the ramp by mistake, and they quickly got in touch to figure out how to return it, covering the shipping themselves. Truly amazing people. I’d happily make a detour to stop at this FBO again.

Super friendly spot. They helped me out with a maintenance problem. Would recommend Sam Cruz to get the repair handled; competent and efficient. Busy airport with Navy training. Nice setup of complimentary nachos and soda in the lounge.

Superb customer service from this FBO by the whole team! Everybody was quite helpful. There was zero charge to utilize the car for lunch, and no tie-down fee. Utmost commendation goes to Miss Adelita for her assistance with my I-pad that would not power ON. Adelita is very skilled with I-pads, and when she could not turn mine ON she used her's to get Apple's phone number and an appointment at the Albuquerque Apple Store for me. Apple re-downloaded the operating program. Adelita is the finest!

We had superb service during the 2025 National Air Races! The line crew was quite helpful and they didnt boost their prices for event, which surprised me considering all of the event price-gouging that has been happening. We will certainly fly in next year and I urge pilots everywhere to back the staff at KROW. Saratoga
