Superb service very cordial personnel. We had a maintenance team meet us within 10 minutes and we needed it very cordial. Highly suggest.

Stopped in for the ambassador stamp on a Sunday morning. Waived ramp fee with 10 gal of fuel, which was also discounted $.25/gal. Personnel very cordial and gladly provided water and snacks before we got on our way. Would come back!

I'd like to do an update on my $155 a night ramp fee. The manager at the Roanoke Signature FBO checked into it and discovered that their computer had the incorrect cost. It ought to have been $37 a night but for some reason they had classified my Cessna T210 as a twin rather than a piston single. Therefore I was reimbursed $236 of the $310 I had been billed. I valued their efforts to look into and fix this overcharge.

Dropped in to Roanoke to see my daughter, in a C172, for 5 hours and paid $30 handling and a $4 Landing Fee, ouch!

$37 per night for piston single.

Very warm welcome and superb service from linemen and office staff. Very accommodating for our two elderly passengers. A very pleasant experience! Was able to hangar our TBM as well. Thank you!

Miss Amanda was outstanding in coordinating communication with company dispatch when unable to land due to weather. She later coordinated the makeup flight quick turn that allowed the medical samples on board to get to their destination with the minimal amount of delay. BRAVO ZULU

Good service at KROA. Flew in and line personnel was polite. Front desk offered to arrange rental or lodging. We flew in for some hiking, so we said no. Returned a day later after getting drenched on the AT. Same fine service. Was offered crew car to grab a meal, then front desk organized reduced-rate room and free shuttle. Good service. People made the difference on this trip.

I parked my Cessna T210 on the ramp for 2 nights plus bought 63 gallons of fuel. I thought everyone was courteous and did a fine job. But I just noticed that I was charged $155 a night ramp fee which to me is extraordinarily large. I've parked with Signature at other airports and was charged no more than $45 a night and sometimes nothing when I bought fuel and so this was a shock. I will talk with the manager tomorrow morning and see what's up.

Usually have fine service at this location. But do not plan an early departure. ForeFlight states they are 24/7? So I requested a hangar, informed them I had a 5 am departure and wanted the plane on the line at 4:30 am. Arrived at 4:35 am, no plane, questioned the only person in the facility. He replied "we must fuel the airliner, subsequently we'll pull yours out." Plane was not accessible until 5:15 am !! Following my 5:00 departure time. Unreliable.
