Friend and I were doing aerial survey work with a couple Navajo Chieftains out of New Richmond airport! These folks are so nice and accommodating. Hard to find people as good as these. We happily use them every year working over Minneapolis

I stopped at the self serve fbo. The facility was perfect. Everything you need. Nothing you don’t. The fuel was priced right. There were no issues with the pump. DA40.

Superb fuel and quick stop facility simply northeast of and outside MSP Class B airspace. Personnel were quite welcoming and useful, and the amenities are superb. Strongly suggest East Metro Aviation.

East Metro is simply the finest. We travel in here quite frequently for business and the team is always super cordial and useful. We leave a car here and in the winter season it is started, windshield cleared, and warm. Recently the battery was dead and they had a crew car warmed up for us to take and had put a charger on our vehicle so we could take it to have the battery swapped. They consistently go above and beyond. If you are in the vicinity or looking for a fuel stop you won’t regret stopping here.

The self-service area on the south end of the airport is very good. The little A&D building is quite fine, considering it is an auxiliary to the main FBO. If doing the FLY WI passport program, the stamp is at the north FBO building. Good fuel costs for the area as of 7/15/2022.

My 'go to' FBO in the Twin Cities metro area. Mike and his family / staff are outstanding - efficient, cordial, always helpful. Very fair and competitive pricing on fuel and all services. One of my favorite FBOS - anywhere!

FBO lent me a courtesy car overnight as ride-share is spotty here. Very much appreciated. Staff very friendly.

Every time I have stopped here they always have the finest service. Affordable fuel paired with superb personnel makes this a must stop when I'm traveling.

I'll echo what Scott said. The self serve FBO building is a little treasure. Very clean, WARM, and with lots of windows to look out of.
