Best FBO! The personnel here will bend over backwards for everyone to make sure you need everything. Had a mx issue and they helped me book a hotel and even dropped me off there. 5 star service!

Million Air as always never fails to impress! Everything is good starting with the friendly linemen greeting you, to the comfortable lobby area full of tasty snacks and drinks. If you stop by, I highly suggest speaking with the GM Steve Ingerick and asking him about his military experience!!

Good facilities and FBO. Self serve fuel available with no charges for those not needing services. Wonderful FBO with welcoming staff and services with fair fees for when you require them. It's nice having an airport where you have an option based on your needs. Shall return.

I can’t speak highly enough of the people at Million Air. I often come in to Rome to visit relatives and am consistently impressed with their welcoming staff, the fuel costs, amenities, and small charges. They’ll even give you a break on charges if you buy self serve. It’d be good if more major FBOs ran an operation like Million Air Rome.

Flew in as a Medevac team recently and this FBO is spectacular. From the Line crew, to Ashley at front desk were very customer service oriented and could not do enough to assist us, our pax and make our turn around more pleasant. I picked RME for my Commercial 250 and chose to stop at Million Air to fill up with fuel and rest before I headed back to my home airport. I am so glad that I did. All of the personnel were extremely friendly, personable, welcoming, and helpful, and the facility was gorgeous. I flew-in on a Saturday around noon and it was quite calm. The line service gentlemen said I was the second flight of the day they had behind a light jet that came in earlier that morning. Five stars on everything!

I chose this as one of my stops on my journey to Oshkosh July 24. I was treated by cordial personnel who phoned and held a lodging room for me. They drove me to my lodging and organized to collect me the following morning for an early takeoff. I noticed some weather approaching that evening and contacted them about hangar area. They pulled my 182 inside for me. I departed early the next morning before a Tornado ripped thru the local region that afternoon. I wish everyone was secure that day.

Special thank you to Steve and the team at Million Air and also the airport operations crew. We landed a few hours after a snow event and the operations crew was extremely helpful with communications on the progress of runway conditions. The team at Million Air was again, outstanding. They coordinated with the operations team and the tower to make sure we arrived safely at our updated hangar location. Another good experience. Thank you!
