Spent an overnight here with a Cherokee. Fuel service was fine, but a bit too lax for my liking while fueling the plane (which I always attend). Overnight fees waved with purchase of fuel. I'd return in the future.

Good experience, 100ll for a 182. Both dispatch and fueler were fine.

I was at KRFD for a week in Sept ‘22 while my plane was having work done at the Avionics Place. The EMERY AIR FBO staff and line crew were extremely helpful and kind in towing my plane to and from the Avionics Place and helping with my National car rental for the week. EMERY’s facilities are fine. I highly recommend this FBO and will continue to return at least once annually. Nanette B.

Stopped in RFD for some business this Saturday. Parked next to (2) F18’s - the service was WONDERFUL and Friendly!! We were able to use the courtesy car to handle our business and returned to the plane fueled and ready to go! Concierge service even for the piston crowd!! We will stop there again!!!! Thank you!!

They were nice and helpful. The costs here for ramp fees are not accurate, though. A single piston overnight is now $25, as I discovered lately.

Waited 40-50min for their fuel truck that never arrived. After 2-3 phone calls of “it’s on its way” I called and said I’d just put a extra cycle on the plane and taxi over, I was told not to because the truck is enroute, wait another 10min call back and “you’ll need to taxi over” c’mon man!

What a wonderful experience I had at Emery Air FBO. Very cordial arrival in which I made an advance reservation even as just a Cessna 172! I figured I would just Lyft/Uber to my meeting and they provided me a Crew Car - that removed some worry from my experience. On departure my plane was fueled and prepared to go. The FBO has a roomy pilot lounge and a good assortment of snacks/drinks. Highly suggest.

We had a sickness in our family and we made many journeys to KRFD and the kind folks at Emery were always helpful and understanding. We value their thoughtfulness and have only positive comments about this service.
