Hourly parking now for planes? That was a surprise...

We were charged to pick up and drop off total $1200 for a PC 12. I thought the price was a little high. This was no services so I Price shopped with Signature and they said they would charge $251 pick up nothing drop off. On my third attempt to get the manager Chanel on the phone she told me their pricing was correct and I let her know her people did not even get my chocks after charging me $1000 more than signature.

Tough to believe the service could get worse at RDU and yet here we are. Quick turns requested ahead of time are always 30+ minutes of waiting. No discount programs on ridiculously costly fuel. Personnel seems clueless most of the occasion. Signature is actually superior now. I attempt to use Atlantic at other airports but actively try to discourage our clients from using RDU and Atlantic in specific.

Good experience at Atlantic at KRDU so far. I inquired about a week ago about rental car availability and hangar space. They set me up with Go Rental and it was simple! They got me stored inside a hangar and it was simple. The ramp fellow had my car at the plane about 5 minutes after we parked on the ramp. Kaylee at the front desk is amazing and so are the other people I dealt with there.

Repeatedly over an hour waiting to refuel a GA plane that's actually based at RDU. Always claims of "the fuel truck is sometimes not working" - for the last 5 years.

Stopped for around 30 minutes to drop off somebody. Fees are steep but I guess you’re paying for the ease. CSR’s were fantastic. When we do not have an option, I am sure I will return.

I’m in RDU monthly to see my folks. I always call ahead ATLANTIC to get on their schedule and every time I’m met by lineman with rental car idling in the ramp. Quickest possible transition from plane to car; I’m on my way to Cary in 5 minutes. In my opinion an extraordinarily well managed larger Fbo

Good experience with Atlantic. Flew a Cirrus SR-22 in and we were treated well. FBO still looks the same as when previously owned just now says Atlantic. They gave a fine crew car and a good lunch recommendation. No complaints here! Prices equal to flying into a big airport.
