The old Crew lounge chairs got swapped out for newer ones. They’re really not very comfortable at all if you need to sit in them for more than a couple hours.

We stopped here in late June for an overnight in the area. They gave us a ride to Hertz at the airline terminal. No problem with the rental car. We were able to leave it at the FBO the next day without any issues. FBO folks were courteous. They did park the Bonanza a bit of a walk away from the FBO - did offer to bring it closer but we all needed the walk. Be sure to pick up a pen with the ICAO code for the airport. You flew through xxxx to get where you're going. :-) - Dr H.

Excellent service at WestJet, I've stopped here a number of times for fuel on the way westward. Stayed for a few days this time and service was good, worth the added cost for fuel vs the self serve imo.

Just spent six days in Rapid City. The staff at West Jet took care of us. Fine FBO, welcoming and informed personnel, plus the charges are inexpensive. They handled everything for us.

Stopped only to obtain fuel and they informed me it would be $10 to utilize the restroom. I pointed out I got fuel and they responded it wasn't their fuel tanks and it would be $10 for the facility charge-- even to use the restroom for 2 minutes. Not pleased. Would not suggest this location whatsoever.

Costly for what it is. They knew our departure time but we needed to walk nearly a half mile to reach the jet. Only 3 other planes on the ramp at the moment. They took ages to check us out, something amiss with their computer. Finally asked the fellow to take a snapshot of my credit card and process it later when functional again.

Yesterday I landed at the rapid city airport and stayed for few hours in the FBO. Staff were very fine and helpful. Aaron at the front desk was specially a nice guy who helped a lot. It was a good experience.

Stopped yesterday for a quick turn in my SR 22. Service was fast and no extra charges. Fine facilities.

WARNING: car rental. Local fbo utilizes hertz. Make sure you video the whole outside AND inside vehicle before departing fbo and inconveniently drive over to hertz at airport to show them damages before leaving. Sent me to claims for $700 due to inside mirror adjust knob missing, which was missing BEFORE I rented vehicle. Local HERTZ manager unwilling to do anything. Of note: numerous dents and scratches on vehicle before departure that weren't documented either! Rent from Avis or enterprise instead!

Good FBO. Nothing special regarding snacks or drinks, truly not much available apart from a cup of coffee and a couple vending machines. They do have crew cars to go into town.
