Westjet Air Center (KRAP)

Really good service, the fuel truck came right over while I was unloading. Stayed about half a day and the only charge was fuel. Friendly crew.

Useless FBO. Save your money. Use the self-serve pumps and skip this place altogether. The kids working here are great, but management seems focused on nothing but profit. They've got four courtesy cars and refuse to let anybody use one! Their response: if we give you a car, we'd only have three. Facepalm.

WestJet at KRAP is always a great stop. It's easily one of my favorite vacation destinations. The staff are all glad to help with fuel, rental cars, tie-downs-whatever you need. Highly recommend!

The old Crew lounge chairs got swapped out for newer ones. They’re really not very comfortable at all if you need to sit in them for more than a couple hours.

We stopped here in late June for an overnight in the area. They gave us a ride to Hertz at the airline terminal. No problem with the rental car. We were able to leave it at the FBO the next day without any issues. FBO folks were courteous. They did park the Bonanza a bit of a walk away from the FBO - did offer to bring it closer but we all needed the walk. Be sure to pick up a pen with the ICAO code for the airport. You flew through xxxx to get where you're going. :-) - Dr H.

Yet another excellent stop at WestJet! Really appreciate the friendly help, line crew that genuinely gets the job done right, and the amenities (being able to take a car into town for lunch is great) -- definitely five stars, I'll be back!

Stopped by and they really took great care of me! Fueling was fast and prompt right after I placed the fuel order. But the moose impressive part, I accidentally left something at the FBO and one of the line guys ran out to bring it to me. Definitely recommend stopping here.

I called ahead twice to secure hangar space because of severe weather. On both occasions, when I arrived, the line staff seemed completely surprised to see me. The overnight hangar charges are exorbitant, to put it mildly. The second time I came in to shelter the aircraft, it was the same big surprise-and I got bumped for a much larger airplane because it brought in considerably more money. The ramp and counter staff don't communicate at all and are subpar at best. Easily the most unfriendly FBO I have ever dealt with.

Costly for what it is. They knew our departure time but we needed to walk nearly a half mile to reach the jet. Only 3 other planes on the ramp at the moment. They took ages to check us out, something amiss with their computer. Finally asked the fellow to take a snapshot of my credit card and process it later when functional again.

Yesterday I landed at the rapid city airport and stayed for few hours in the FBO. Staff were very fine and helpful. Aaron at the front desk was specially a nice guy who helped a lot. It was a good experience.
