This fbo experience was strange..not sure what was happening with these workers, but the lady at the desk was impolite to everyone in our party, including the 3 quite staff members with me on the trip. The line worker did not offer to assist us with the cart and just stood behind the front desk even tho I observed him drive another customer to his plane about 10 minutes later..the fellow who unchocked our plane, did not say one word to anyone in our party, our worst FBO experience and it is not even close.

Flew to KPWM in my 182 yesterday, and parked at MAC. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Got their crew car without any issue. Certainly will be back.

Mac Air was a superb FBO. The facility is modern and tidy, and the personnel were promptly responsive and supplied every requirement we had. The rental car was waiting for us and everything was done well. Thank you!

Just returned from a business trip to Portland. Melissa couldn't have been more helpful. She called the rental car companies for us, got a good rate and had everything in order by the time we landed. Line crew was very attentive in fueling our plane and escorted us on and off the field with our rental car. Beautiful facilities and service with a smile, the experience at MAC Air Group was exceptional. We will be back for sure!

Good FBO, consistently fine service while flying GA. We flew our C172 in and were treated well with fast and efficient service. Bonus is they always have cookies.

A regular trip to PWM became eventful on rollout, so I taxied over to MAC Maintenance. The hanger was full. After a short discussion with Dan outlining the issue, they went to work and had my problem completely fixed in about an hour. I was amazed. Very knowledgeable, professional, a delight to work with. A fast taxi to MAC jet for parking and I was all set. MAC maintenance and MAC Jet are fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend both!

My Son and I flew in on our way home from Airventure. We tried the self serve pumps to no success. The line guys came down to help and were friendly and keen to hear about our adventure. They suggested we get a fill from their truck and charged us the self price. Upon entering the lovely FBO we were greeted by a friendly staff member who booked us a nice room at the Sheraton and handed us the crew car keys. We ate at the restaurant she suggested as well. We will certainly be back.

The experience with Mac Air was superb. Everything they did was professional and facilitated our eventual departure. The only drawbacks were an excessive amount of sand on the ramp and a small walk to the plane. Otherwise everything was top-notch.
