JetSet FBO (KPWA)

Good experience at Jetset. Flew in for an event a few miles away from Wiley post. Thank you Line guys parked me and refueled. I emailed earlier in the day to asked about courtesy car, quick reply. car was available. No delays on leaving, fast departure. FBO including common area, restrooms, and pilot lounge was very fine.

Good support from JetSet. First time into KPWA and Tower here was really simple to work with.

Gas and go. Good fast service, excellent CAA prices and really really good ice cream sandwiches.

Very impressive service and hospitality. The facility is very comfortable with quality furniture and staff. King Air will be back and has a new home while visiting KPWA

Very welcoming personnel, open 24/7 and affordable fuel. Also complimentary ice cream and fine paid snack bar.

Stopped in for an overnight in okc and ground and office personnel were fantastic, helped us with our baggage. Great FBO

Follow up on prior comment - never got a pre-heat cart but got a damaged plane! Line service lazily decided to tow my brand new T182 into their hangar (without your permission) instead of using a pre-heat cart and in the process scratched my nose wheel pant with their towbar. Line service manager who towed my 182 denied accountability, claiming damage was already there, which it was 100% not. Asked for pics of the damage before he started towing and he said he didn't take any. Unbelievable.

Terrible experience here. Requested an engine pre-heat cart because of the cold. 30 minutes later, no cart. Asked CSR what the status was and she said line service is "ignoring" her. There were no planes arriving or leaving in the last 30 minutes.. Went outside and flagged down a LST and she said she was "occupied". 5 minutes later another LST ran in the FBO and told me it'd be a few more minutes then proceeded to shout at the CSR about something else lol. As someone who worked as LST at an FBO once, avoid this location. - Delgadillo, 6.

Returned an owners Cirrus that hangars here, line service doesn't know plane - strange, front desk couldn't provide a ride to a T Hangar just across the taxi way from them. Only 2 line folks and no customer service today! Flashy lobby but don't expect much more on a 95 degree day for help around the airport. Oh have free ice cream I see!

Read the reviews before stopping and chose Jet Set. They were good. Quick service, welcoming, loaned us a car to go grab lunch and made the stop very enjoyable. I'll be back for sure.
