Tradewind FBO (KPVW)

Excellent FBO. Ryan was great. They discounted the fuel since I'm headed to OSH.

Pulled into PVW around 8:00 AM on 6/21/26 for a fast fuel stop. The line guy met me at the self serve pump and helped get the airplane ready for fuel. Used the restroom, then headed back out. PVW has always been friendly and helpful, and their fuel prices are great. Even with wartime fuel prices being so high, they still cost less than most places. Been using PVW for years and I always receive outstanding service here.

Quick fuel stop. Runway is actually in pretty nice shape. The 4" published cracks are not a problem at all. We landed our jet with no issues. A very nice young man came out to help us park and got fuel on our plane right away. We were back in the air in 15 m in. Very attractive fuel prices. Definitely will be back here again. This airport is going pretty high on my list.

Quick fuel stop. Clean restrooms. Self fueling worked fine. We were greeted by the attendant and asked if we needed anything. Fuel cost was competitive. We will be stopping here again.

Good stop. Inexpensive fuel. Fine runways. Big ramp. Comfortable lounge with welcoming people. Courtesy car available. Weekend BBQ is just five minutes away with good food and fair prices.

Excellent FBO and a handy fuel stop heading to Oshkosh. Friendly people and the fuel price was good.

Pulled into PVW just before 6:00 PM CDT on 5/8/26. The line person was still there and gave us a hand fueling at the self-serve pump. The new card reader works great, making PVW a solid fuel stop even after the FBO has closed. The airport is kept up really well, and the FBO’s service and friendly people simply can’t be beat.

Stopped in with a Piper Warrior 2 for a quick, reasonably priced fuel stop, and the ramp team and airport manager welcomed us right away. After picking up a snack, we started the airplane and found a 1000 RPM drop during the run-up. They quickly offered to put the plane in a hangar and let us use the crew car for a very generous length of time. The crew spent 13 hours helping us troubleshoot. If we had to deal with that problem, we couldn't have been at a better airport or with better people. We had an amazing stay and made some great memories.

New card reader installed and functions fine. Good FBO - pleasant people, prepared to assist. 100LL affordable.

Always a fine stop. Good people that go above and beyond. Self serve card reader is INOP but Jesse was out there when we shut down to get us fueled up and even washed the windshield. Good facilities with snacks and drinks for purchase. If anyone deserves a good tip it's these guys. And I'm not talking the standard Netjets $5. Will continue to stop with our Baron for fuel in the future.
