Flew into KPSX this morning and on final approach to runway 18 workers pulling hay bale just crossing the runway and almost had to abort the landing. Had a difficult time with the fuel machine as it was very hard to see the screen, it was very faded and quite hard to see. Used the courtesy car and drove into town to get a bite to eat. Had a tough time finding the car key but called the airport manager that is listed on the desk. Will be coming back and hope they get a new screen for the fuel pump.
