Check-in was pretty easy. They’ve got chain tiedowns for GA aircraft. It’s $20 to park, or free if you top off your tanks. I’d definitely stay there again in the future.

Very fine and clean facilities. Personnel was very cordial. Proprietors are super pleasant. Their museum is quite well executed and accessible on Saturdays.

Superb assistance for our passengers and crew. Our rental cars were prepared to go when we arrived, and we were able to get our plane hangared for two days with no problems. Very welcoming people that went above and beyond. Will come back again for certain!

My spouse and I have been utilizing Bergstromfbo for many seasons. Today we once more arrived with our 182. As constantly we were treated as though we showed up in a corporate jet. The personnel are welcoming, polite and supportive. Somehow they constantly recall us. We are consistently treated with a fine courtesy car. I don’t mind buying fuel for the amenities, parking and courtesy car. I could not hope to get services without buying something from the FBO’s. If pilots don’t buy fuel or some service, the FBO’s and courtesy cars will vanish. Bergstrom is one of the finest FBO’s that we visit often. We will always stop there.

Staff very helpful and have a special rate at the Marriot Courtyard on the field.

Pleasant service, cozy FBO, and fine amenities! Crew cars are $20 for up to 2 hours. Not complimentary like some FBOs, but you are not required to refuel them. The reception staff suggested Lu Lu's Craft Bar + Kitchen, and it was tasty. We shall return!

Fine people and fine location. Gave me a crew car and asked I add fuel to same level as I got the car or kindly pay $10. I chose the $10 because it was raining and since I’m made of sugar I’d melt. I’m happy for use of the car and it’s well worth the small charge. Landing fee was waived with 100 gallon fill. Thank you to Bergstrom.

First class FBO, service from planning to takeoff was superb. We shall be coming back!!!!

Caution SR22, 210, 206 or Bonanza pilots. I have flown in to Bergstrom many times and was surprised on my most recent trip by the $60 FBO fee! It can’t be for the tie downs because they don’t have any. They now charge per seat. The fee is waved if you buy 60 gallons of fuel and recently due to customer complaints a top off is acceptable. I called the owner, who kindly offered me the 4 seat $20 rate for my Bonanza in the future so if you call her she may give you the same “deal”. I suggested that she change from counting seats to instead use gross weight (with a 6000lb cutoff). I should have read the previous comment before I landed. Might have gone to Richland instead or at least not have my jaw drop so far when the kind receptionist hit me up with the news.
