I dropped a passenger at PRX so she could buy a car from her brother on Sunday 2/1/26. East Texas was just getting back on its feet after a major ice storm, and Micheal had told me on Saturday the field was open. Once we got there, Michael fueled our Tiger, let us use the conference room for lunch, and asked if he could do anything else. Cox Field has good fuel prices, the FBO is easy to deal with, and the field is a little busy, but still very accessible.

I was in Paris to visit a long time friend. The FBO helped me arrange a rental car to be delivered and picked up at the airport. Facilities were clean and available even when I arrived at 5:00 AM for my departure. PRX is bustling small town airport with friendly folks all around, good fuel prices, fine service, and a small town feel. Recommend PRX to anyone traveling thru east Texas.

What a good stop! Paul met us with a courtesy car, assisted push the plane back, helped us load our bags and drove us to the FBO. Very friendly and helpful. He recommended Scholl Brothers for BBQ and they were fine also. He gave us a magazine about the highlights of Paris so we would know what was around to see. Overall a very enjoyable stop... thanks to Paul! :)

Really fine FBO facility and self service fueling station. (9-26-2023)

The card reader was down today, but they still fueled me at the self-serve rate. They're usually pretty quick about getting that kind of problem sorted out, so it probably won't stay broken for long. Still, you may want to check if you're coming through after hours.

I landed after hours and had the facility to myself. Used specified gate code to get inside and call uber into town. No charges and fine fuel costs, worthwhile a stop if you are in the vicinity.

Terrific spot to stop, refuel and spend the night! Paul and Thomas were extremely helpful, and had a couple of courtesy cars to go to town and eat. Been there twice, both times were good and will certainly return.

Unattended on the weekend, but the FBO is open, has tidy restrooms, and a couple courtesy cars available. Very spotless facilities, one of the newer/finer courtesy cars I’ve used - good place to stop and drive into town for food.
