January 4, 2026Good airport to clear customs coming back from Mexico. Customs officials were friendly and were present at the right time. The facility is clean and ample refreshments. I did not use the curtesy car but is there if required. Reaching ATC is challenging. I needed to call them on the phone to obtain my clearance.

March 9, 2025Quietest small airport I ever landed at and West Tx at its finest. CTAF gets you into a comfortable lounge with drinks for $1 and a crew car keys just sitting there. Totally no one around. Talking to myself on the radios and just when I thought it couldn't be lonelier had some tumbleweed roll across the transient parking.
