Outstanding customer service. Paulina assisted me with planning a recent trip to the area, and it turned out to be one of the best FBO experiences I've had during my 50 years of flying.

We were marshalled in for parking by the "follow me" cart, with another fellow there to give a hand. They helped with the bags and fuel, and the rental car was ready inside. Good job all around. When we left, they assisted with the baggage again. They really seemed to care and did a great job.

Jared was very helpful and stayed late to accommodate my flight. 10/10 service and super friendly staff!

Cutter was amazing! Stayed over for an extended weekend, the staff had our rental car ready when we arrived and could not have been kinder. Not certain about the remarks regarding the tower/ground, they were quite courteous and supportive. It is active, but experienced zero problems or extended delay in leaving once we were set (even though there were many planes in the pattern).

Had a small problem in flight and needed to put down at PRC to get it repaired. The linesman at Cutter was incredibly helpful and even loaned me a tool so I could take care of it. They didn't charge me a thing. I'll definitely be stopping there again on my next trip to Prescott.

Jared was really accommodating and gave exceptional service, even when we showed up at the last minute. Best to call ahead to set a time and make reservations if you want more details and info about the services.

Really impressed with Cutter. Courtesy car for two hours, major professionalism from staff, and my favorite cookies in the pilots lounge. Sometimes it's good to be treated like royalty.

Friendly personnel and good service. Met at the plane with our rental car and linemen tied the plane down while we were still exiting plane. Departure day then helped make additional car reservation for our next visit..highly recommend using Cutter in PRC!

Called last minute for a rental car on Sat. Guy who answered said "they do not really do rental cars, you must phone the rental car companies directly".
