If you plan to rent a car from Hertz, just know the toll convenience fee is $29.97 plus whatever tolls. The tolls on the bridge are quite low, about $1.50, but no way to pay cash. Not a major issue, just something to know.

Good experience friendly personnel will return for sure. Crew car only accessible for 1h and you get 15 cent off fuel if you eat at the eatery

Most costly FBO I have ever been to in a light jet. Over $600 in charges for literally zero assistance. Line crew did not pull chocks, marshal us out, or even buzz us onto the ramp. $350 "facility fee" but restroom was being cleaned so unable to even use the "facilities." Manager was warm when we arrived, but after we paid their insane charges we were left to fend for ourselves while line crew sat back, ate pasta, and hit the vending machine. Terrible experience, absolutely would not recommend.

Shortly after calling for fuel, fuel truck showed up with friendly staff who professionally fueled my plane. Receipt emailed quickly as guaranteed.

Was there for 2 days last week; not deceived, the lineman was prompt to welcome us and lead us to a parking spot in front of the office. Had an issue with Hertz for a rental car. Price given over the phone was way cheaper than the one asked for once I was in the office. Anthony Epstein, the general manager, offered to contact Enterprise for me to find a remplacement. Within minutes a car was delivered, and this at the right price. These guys knows what service is, will be back for sure !

Friendly control tower. Flew the Trinidad in and no Marshaller. Unicom was not answered. Picked my own place to park. Went inside and spoke with FBO, they knew we were coming and had our car ready. Told them we wanted fuel top off and how many days we would be there. They sat at the desk. When we came back to the plane it had not been fueled. Overall they were fine but not service focused. In school they would get a C.

Outstanding hospitality! We flew into KPOU last Sunday for Easter dinner, arriving in two planes, and the team at the FBO couldn’t have been more welcoming. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond — even allowing us to return the crew car after hours so we could make our dinner reservation on time. That small gesture made a big difference in our Easter celebration. Truly appreciated!

This is the absolute finest FBO I've ever been to in my whole existence. The crew was so fine and welcoming, no issues and I wish every FBO was this good!

Anthony, the general manager, and Shinen helped me out of a bind by loaning me the crew car as none were available from Enterprise. This was especially thoughtful as the terminal ramp was closed and the crew was shuttling arrivals back and forth to the general aviation parking area. Michael and Julian were very attentive in arranging my departure.

Arrived at 5 pm on a Monday, not a single person around. Could not reach anyone by phone, either.
