Fine FBO, but several personnel were impolite and $50 to land a light twin for a meal at the restaurant is too steep. It is cheaper to land on Mackinac Island!

Decent little FBO, No fees. Ramp guy even ran me down the road in one of the airport vehicles to family dollar to get a charger for my devices. Very fine customer service. Hoppies was pretty cool, quiet spot overlooking the runway and ramp, fast service and good food.

Terrible experience at Pellston today. Landed three days ago and ordered 280 gallons. Arrived at the FBO today at our scheduled departure time and the fellow at the counter ignored me for five minutes before reluctantly assisting me. Take my passengers to the plane and it had not been fueled. Back to the FBO in a panic because we were on a tight schedule. Same fellow was rude, defensive and absolutely disrespectful. I will never fly here again.

Superb assistance at this FBO. Was very helpful with keeping their personnel late (2am) to service our med evac PC12!

Good airport and FBO lounge. There are several tie-downs and also an electric outlet for the winter. The FBO personnel is amiable and useful. Budget and Avis are available in the Terminal a few steps away. They will drop a car at the FBO if you ask. The Pellston Lodge is across the street and looked fine but I did not stay. The FBO said they would give a ride. DA40

Just had 4 day stay, A36…no charge to park, fine people, prompt attention, reasonable fuel rate. Multiple long runways. What’s not to appreciate? Good facility.

PS - The ramp has cleats & chocks but no ropes. If you’re planning on tying down, bring your own ropes, FYI.

Flew here building complex time with my children. Friendly staff. Children keep asking to go back to eat at Hoppie’s again. Will return.
