September 28, 2024The runways are rather bad. The only one I would think about using is 13/31, but even it has some vegetation growing thru. Be mindful while taxiing around, as the grass was quite tall and it can be tough to see around the airfield and spot some of the crossing runways. The folks there were very friendly and helpful!

September 21, 2023Danny was good but the number shown for KPIL actually rings in Brownsville. They booked me a car without clarifying and you guessed it... no car waiting at KPIL. HQ is terrible.

September 9, 2023Danny was very helpful and the service was superb. Caution on the amount of grass in the cracks in many runways/taxiways. Landed on 35 and surprised by the amount of vegetation. Suggest only 13-31 be considered.
