Spent a few days here. They took good care of my Saratoga and me. Love the staff! The fuel prices... not so much. Hope they can get that under control. I'll use them again in the future, but I'll make sure to stop for fuel before coming in.

I spent 3 days here and figured I'd comment because of the past couple of negative reviews. I had prompt and welcoming service with no problems at all with fuel. My plane was up front and fueled within an hour of my phone call. No complaints from Francis D.

Truly the worst fbo i have ever visited. The line guys do not care at all about anything. The planes, the fuel or customers. If you need fuel, you better call 2 days in advance. There can be 5 line guys sitting in the room and none of them will get up to work. There is absolutely zero management and accountability here. Pay whatever it costs and go to signature.

So I started writing about my experience landing PIE and Sheltair. Just too much to state about the awful service I received. I was treated terribly by the inside staff and even worse by the line crew. This was not just on arrival but also on departure. Nobody at this FBO cares about the customer or service. If you're a manager at Sheltair, contact me, you won't last in business very long at this spot.

Despite being in a construction mode, the personnel at Sheltair went above and beyond to take meticulous, professional care of my plane (BE58) while we visited family in St Pete. Safe, well organized tie down areas and the staff welcomed us to use meeting areas or any available space for planning and prep for our departure. With customer service like this, when they complete renovations, they’ll stay my preferred stop whenever in PIE. Thanks !

They've always taken really good care of me and my plane whenever I head to St Pete. For Fbo's, these guys are very accommodating and helpful.

Divert here due to fog at destination nearby. Sheltair was a very fine experience. They parked us right at the front door like a big boy. Family arrived and we departed. Did not require fuel and was only charged $15 Security fee. Returned the following day and again front door service to unload bags. Last minute decision to remain overnight and parking was only $20 + security fee. Thanks for good service even if just a lowly C210.

If you enjoy being treated like garbage and paying high costs for it, this is your FBO to stop at!

No AvGas at Sheltair. Hurricanes Milton damaged 100LL fuel farm. Signature is the sole option on the field for AvGas.
