We were trying to set up a trip to PHK. Over two days, 5 calls to Signature got no answer. Email didn’t help either, and the comment form on the website was just as useless. We finally gave up and went somewhere else. Really frustrating experience.

Was there on 2-17-2022. Small and simple airfield. Fuel was a little pricey, it includes full service (no self service). Waited inside and utilized the restrooms, Keurig machine and microwave also available. Assistance was good, no actual complaints.

Stopped at KPHK while waiting on weather to improve at our destination. Went inside to use the restroom and was asked for a fee. I did not need to go that badly. We were the only plane on the ramp. Crazy. Left after 1.5 hours.

Terrible assistance. Chris the line person was simply impolite. Costly fuel, awful service. Standard Signature!
