Terrible new management. They dumped everyone who made the place nice. Now it's just your usual avfuel.

Absolutely awesome stop. Came in for a wedding weekend, got weathered out for an additional three nights. John at the FBO was extremely friendly and super helpful, when we got stuck he assisted us set up a rental car and ran thru superb suggestions on how to spend our time up there. Fine experience

Came in for an overnight, super friendly. Good fuel prices. They were quick to assist us and were able to take us to and from our hotel. Would certainly recommend this FBO from their service alone.

Stopped here for fuel. Not one individual spoke to me. I believe there was just a single person present. Just get gas and depart if you visit here.

I flew into Pen Yan and wanted to get some lunch and fuel . John (manager) was busy and there was a line of planes waiting for fuel. John arranged for a ride into town to a restaurant and took care of moving the plane and fueling it up. John was very pleasant and efficient. I will return Doug T

JC there was awesome. Even as busy as he was, he took time to help me fill up and got the sea gulls off the runway. I will go back and recommend to anyone flying to finger lakes, this is the FBO to stop at.

Stopped in for an overnight and got full service fuel Jet A the next morning Fri-sat. The line men were very accommodating and fine. Thanks guys for a good stop!
