Was calling ahead to get a quote for single piston. Told there potentially would be a $50 fee each time they have to move my plane if they get too busy because there's no tiedown for single piston. Wat.

Called ahead for piston and received bad attitude. But on arrival was treated well by the line staff both coming and going. Fine facility nothing special but clean and comfortable

Poor and slow service you have to find someone and ask for everything. Took like guys over 2 minutes to unplug our GPU. Nowhere to be seen during startup.

I had an unexpected trip to Portland to collect my 92 mother-in-law for a family emergency and needed to go into PDX because TTD was shut down. I walked thru Atlantic’s lobby to guide her to the plane. I was there no longer than 10 minutes. As I was walking her thru lobby a fellow at the desk stated I he required $314.00 for utilizing their facilities. I was more than a little shocked at the sum. What makes things even worse is that I had spent several hundred dollars at their maintenance facility 2 weeks prior. Atlantic uses their Monopoly position to overcharge the general aviation flyer. I would advise everyone to do everything feasible to avoid dealing with them. The people in Troutdale (KTTD) will treat you better with honest prices.

Very fine facility. Single engine piston parking is $20/night and there is also a $10 security charge. $40 facility fee waived with fuel purchase.

I am a regular visitor in a piston single and always treated quite well. Line service is good and front desk personnel is very cordial and helpful. 100LL price is always elevated but that is somewhat to be anticipated for a large airport such as this, but at least they waive their ramp fees with the fuel. Will keep parking here on my journeys to Portland.

Call ahead if you’re arriving with piston planes. Their 100LL fuel truck requires maintenance (as of Feb 12), and Atlantic would not waive the handling charge (usually with 15 gal file purchase for small piston) and courtesy car is out of operation.

Good FBO with superb assistance. Reserving on the website or app is fine and much faster than a phone call. Ariel at the desk is always a wonderful help and line staff is superb.

Flew in a few weeks ago for a quick turn in my Cessna 180 and ended up with just shy of the minimums to wave fees- just called the FBO and the manager was good in helping me understand the fee structure and waived the fees in error. Good fbo with excellent customer service. Thanks!
