Amazing customer service. I was based at KPBG for some aerial survey work. I never had a problem with getting fuel after landing or getting my plane pulled out of the hangar on time. The crew is small, but knows how to manage the ramp very well. Each line service technician seemed passionate about their job and treated the aircraft with respect. CSRs are good at recommending food choices. I’m glad I stopped by! I enjoyed my time basing here for two weeks, the team was good!

Good as always, the personnel are very welcoming and go the extra mile, airport is huuge, what's not to like, fine food at Valcour too.

Flew in a 182 for the July 4th Weekend. People at the front desk of the FBO were awesome. First brought the rental car to us and assisted with tie down of the plane as there were some storms expected to pass thru the area. The plane was fueled up by the time we returned and the cost was slightly less than what was listed on Foreflight. Good service.

The service at this Avflight was good and that has been my experience at the other Avflight locations too. Look for the FBO in an old air force control tower at the southern end of field. For a fuel stop (16 gal) there were no extra charges.

I visited Plattsburgh in Sept. 2024. I would rate this FBO as quite fine. The structure is a converted Air Force control tower, but it's clean, modern, with complimentary coffee and spotless lavatories. Not flashy, but very suitable. Their line personnel towed my plane and tied it down correctly and safely. They had the rental car ready and managed all the paperwork smoothly. My only concern is that on the ramp -- near my precious airplane -- they drove their vehicles very fast. Slow down for safety, guys!

We chose to land at Plattsburgh after weather at Quebec City made us turn back. AvFlight could not have been more helpful. The lineman brought out a vehicle to take our bags to the FBO office but as we were driving offered to take us straight to our hotel. He even urged that we call the FBO in the morning to get a ride back to the airport. All of this for a $5 overnight fee (we couldn’t take on fuel because we were already heavy). You could not request a more welcoming and accommodating FBO.

Front desk staff Lisa was fantastic but getting into the facility early is like impossible. I arrived at 6:00 a.m. to prep jet for departure but could not get inside. Advertised as 6:00 a.m. but not a soul until 7:00 a.m. and getting fuel was like trying to find Gold. Fuel is costly also. Overall Lisa up front was the best but the other parts not so much. I will be back but hopefully they work on a few areas!
