Landed there today in my Cirrus SR22T. The service was OK, but with the price they charge for fuel I expected more. The facilities are old and pretty run down, and there was no Marshall around to direct me to a spot for overnight parking. They did eventually send someone out in a golf cart to help tie down the plane and give me a ride to the office. Inside, there were 4 young male employees who looked bored, and nobody smiled.

Late night flight. Needed fuel at 4 am. Callout fee but quick and cordial assistance even at that hour.

FBO guys don't really care to get off the cell phones to assist with anything. Nice airport however they cater to the corporate and University.

Good service and friendly crew at Cruise! Fine pilots lounge to rest or prepare for flight.

Be mindful the airport (not just Cruise Aviation), is presently assessing a landing charge of $50-200 for OU home football game weekends and other peak demand days for when the airport supervisor decides to inconvenience transient aircraft. I’ve been flying in for home games for some duration and have never observed the airport overloaded…it’s simply a revenue grab for the airport.
