Frequent Flyer at OSU. Customer service and the staff are always top tier. We really enjoy dropping in every chance we get. My only gripe is they need to bring the lobby music back Karl:)

Not very helpful personnel. Nobody to greet when arrived. Car rental arrangement was reluctantly done and it was done incorrectly. On checkout staff was not friendly not welcoming. I comprehend these are students but in the past it was superior. Building is brand new and fine facility.

De-icing fluid TKS is available at $30.00 per gallon and FBO will help supply rags if needed for self-de-icing. No sprayer for application FYI. Good service and people though, fantastic facility. Only caution to add is ramp area lacks stadium-like lighting so it can be dark and a little challenging to taxi.

Fine facility and helpful personnel. Just do not anticipate receiving assistance with upkeep or small issues. Birthplace of aviation and unable or unwilling to look at a minor oil leak - oh well. Otherwise good experience!!

At OSU for football game ramp is full. Our plane was way far away. Our clients not showing up till 630 game was over by four asked to have our plane moved up when most of the planes were gone was told they couldn't. It's now 610. There's no planes on the ramp and they couldn't pull us up. Very poor customer service.

Overall a fine experience. Very cordial people at an impressive facility. It was clearly a BUSY training facility, there must have been 20 OSU painted trainers on the ramp and in the pattern. Could have been more, I did not truly count.

Just landed here for a fuel stop but everyone was very kind and efficient. Would come again. C172

Visited OSU in Spring on a weekend and it was a good experience, topped off on fuel so no ramp charge and got to use the crew car which they had a few of and they were very fine modern cars. Overall good experience and will be returning.

Good airport if going to Columbus. Support is superb with plenty of parking. With 3 runways wind is not an issue
