Terrible FBO. Price gouging!! Will never return. Personnel were good but the management is completely awful!!!

Good FBO. Cordial personnel and fine assistance. I visit OSH a bit and Basler is certainly top ten percent of FBOs.

The FBO has various amenities and good service; it was a clean building and there was plenty of staff willing to answer any of our questions. Fueled the plane up while we used one the multiple crew cars available to visit the EAA Museum and grab lunch. Great spot :)

Arrived to an empty building with all exterior doors propped open. Waited around for 20 minutes before departing to get lunch. Came back a couple hours later, still not a soul in site. Nobody answered the phone. Finally tracked down a line guy sitting low in his chair wearing pajamas. Sprayed fuel all over me and my windows.

Just called about stopping at KOSH on my way from Iowa to Door County next week and they said no landing fee for just parking a couple hours and they’d give me a lift over to the museum. Happy to hear that!

Per their website the self service fuel pump is "right off B-1 taxiway." This is inaccurate data as the self service is much nearer to the FBO (off of N4). Apparently they're getting new pumps but was a bother to locate in the dark.

10/10 finest assistance I have ever gotten at any FBO. Good facilities, good staff, and very helpful. Used the crew car to head over to the EAA Museum and grab supper. Strongly suggest, you will not be let down with this FBO.

Dropped in to utilize the restrooms and file a flight plan home. Did not require anything but the personnel were very helpful. Fine amenities. PA-28R

Very friendly! They were extremely welcoming for AirVenture 2022. They had fresh popcorn, cookies, cold bottle water for us all week, and a spot outside the FBO to watch the show. Thank you so much for the fine hospitality! Whoever the kind lady was on the purple bus, thank you as well!
