I called at 2159 and got "no answer". I had money on them picking up, since they're the new improved Sheltair. You guys let me down and it cost me a dinner bet. I've visited twice in the last month. No fees, self-serve price for truck pumped fuel (just because I asked if there were "any specials today"). The ramp is busy and covered with airplanes BUT they always seem to have room. Super staff and truly a facility with happy employers that genuinely care about providing a better service. Thanks Sheltair

Fine facilities and even kinder folks. Flew in a light twin and had zero problems whatsoever. One of the line guys, Robert, was very awesome and let my grandmother come inside the gate and took her to a spot to watch me takeoff. Sometimes it's the small things in life that mean the most.

Good team at sheltair Orlando. Line super helpful. Everybody really. C.A.A.! they took very fine care of us. Controllers and tower top notch too.

Good visit as usual. $15 security charge (goes to airport) and $30 per night for a single. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase. Hertz on site so simple park and go.

I flew in for a two day business trip. Amazing customer service! The lineman and the front desk could not have been kinder and more accommodating. I thought the charges were reasonable. I highly suggest this FBO the next time you're in Orlando.

Fine location, active, sluggish. Visited twice in the past week waited lengthy duration for fuel. They have several trucks and personnel standing about. Running only one truck with one fellow. Make certain you stay on them to obtain the ice you requested upon arrival and that they fuel you promptly. I hopped up and assisted the fellow fuel the second tank once my companions arrived and I still lacked fuel. Good amiable but slow.

Fantastic service. Very busy ramp and we were still accommodated for in our cirrus SR22. Call ahead and let them know you're coming. First time visitors get awesome perks so inquire about those. Uber and Lyft very accessible. Controllers were very helpful as well. Would stop again.
