Shocked. $1020 handling for an Excel on a medical mission. Pouring rain. Did not ask for anything to keep the line staff dry -- they spent 45 seconds with us. Could not tell me fees because the network was down. Not certain why ORF charges higher fees than Chicago Midway or Raleigh... not pleased.

Extra big thank you to the people at Signature. I'm in a four seat single and was treated as though I landed in a G6! I parked for a few evenings, I got an oil change, and was given hangar space. They graciously gave me a complementary shuttle over to the main terminal. Additional thanks to Stephanie and Jalen at the front desk. Hope to see you shortly!

One of the worst FBOs in the nation. Asked for hangar was told plane would be into hangar. Retuned next morning to a fully iced over plane and no working deice truck. Slow and have to ask for everything twice before it gets done.

$10 landing charge in a small piper archer, other charges waived if you purchase fuel. Really pleasant FBO though.

Called ahead, specifically inquired about all charges for staying overnight for a small piston. Was told $10 landing and $35 handling. Handling charge was waived with 10 gallon fuel purchase. We were in a tailwheel so we needed to do all the handling; they lack a method to manage tailwheels. When we departed the next morning, we were charged a $37 overnight fee that was not revealed during the phone discussion. Staff was amazing, but this is the usual Signature adding up absurd charges for us "small guys."

While not necessarily representative of other Signature locations, the personnel here at ORF treats us with the same courtesy and respect as if we'd arrived in a fancy jet (we fly a Cessna 172). Thanks to long time lineman Earl for his kindness!

Landed in a Grumman Tiger for a couple hour stop. Very courteous line and desk staff. Airport landing fee $10, sensible. Ramp fee $35, waived with 10 gal fuel. More than I wished to spend, but worthwhile compared to the ramp fee. About standard for Signature. Almost new crew car, they rotate those from the rental fleet. GO rentals available if needed. Overall worth the stop for the ease. Not as good as CHO, but superior to most Signatures for small GA customers.
