First time I've gone with this Signature. The woman at the front desk barely says anything when you ask her a question. Communication skills are very poor. But we did get a van to pick us up at the aircraft and take us in.

They will not assist in reserving a rental car.

What a mess, not even that busy and…wow

Landed an hour before midnight. Bought fuel. Was doing flight planning until being interrupted by the front desk lady hollering at me telling me I need to depart before 11:55pm otherwise I’d be charged another landing fee! Rough service here (not just from the CSR), place smells strongly of cigarette odor, would not return. Piston single.

I operate under part 91/135 and end up using Signature pretty often. This one is probably the worst Signature location I've dealt with. The service is slow, the communication between linemen and the front desk is bad, and the lady at the front desk acted like I was some huge hassle. Sorry for just asking a few questions and expecting you to do your job. Like I said, Atlantic Aviation would be the better pick if it's available.

Stopped by on Dec 14th in a SR20 and had a good experience - I called and got the fees breakdown ahead of time so no issues there! The CSR was very fine and the Line team were good as well.

Was charged $131 landing fee which I anticipated (piston single), and another $131 after remaining for over an hour, which I did not foresee. So for $262 I did not even receive cookies.

PA46 piston $132 to land $132 handling $5 infrastructure $49 or 7 gallons at prevailing rate Landing at O’hare ….. Priceless!
