Landed here last week for couple hours meeting. FBO staff was very fine. Ramp fee for my plane was $500 waived with 160 gallons. I didn't need all the fuel since I was a little heavy. Asked the manager to see if he can help out.... took him 2 seconds to say "take what you need and we will waive, it's all good".... what a pleasant surprise--I don't see this very often around the country. Definitely not with the Signature and Atlantic of the world. Good staff and culture.

My ear buds fell out of my pocket at FBO. Manager called me at home that evening. He remembered I had been sitting in that chair. He packed up my ear buds and shipped them to my home. That's, in my view, going above and beyond. The regular service I received was first class also. Many bigger FBO's tend not to give their best service to light twins. Not so Guardian. A class act. I will go out of my way to use their facility in the future.

Landed here with an emergency engine problem in a Cessna 150. Hooked us up with a rental car and were very accommodating. Very inexpensive fuel for a major airport as well. Johnny was an excellent host!
