Executive Aircraft Service (KOJC)

Dropped my rental car back at the FBO, but they never notified Enterprise that it had been returned. I then had to chase Enterprise for a refund on the extra day. The lack of customer service was pretty disappointing.

We had been going across the field, but the last couple times they made us feel like we were bothering them. This time we got pushback (across the field) on a rental car. Based on our prior couple of experiences and this pushback on a car, I called over to Executive and talked to Gordon. He went out of his way to get us a hangar as well as a same day rental car. Everyone we dealt with there was customer focused,and genuinely seemed to value our business!

Good service. Handling, parking, services, fuel all superb. Even called and offered an exterior wash at a fine price. Nice people, definitely I’ll return. Thanks

Used their services for two days and could not have been superior. We were in a King Air 350, no fees, one free night hanger. C.A.A. pricing. My father was recovering from hip surgery the personnel brought the car plane side and assisted with all of our requirements. Good FBO and excellent t personnel. Highly suggest!

The people are very polite and the crew lounge is fine. However the amenities description and services are incorrect. There is no restaurant/cafe and there is no courtesy car

Awesome crew. Called ahead about getting in late, parked for a few days, then called in advance to get fuel. Would definitely come back.

Had a very good experience. Weather put us in late for a wedding, but they really looked after us. They even let us take the crew car despite us already saying we did not need fuel. Their service was so good that I decided to purchase fuel anyway! P.S. The crew car is a nice, although well-used, BMW.

This is a no frills FBO. Closes early and has no crew car. Highly suggest going across the airfield if you want any support other than fuel.

Kind folks and very helpful. Personnel made superb suggestion for lunch. Kept us parked on the ramp close by. Highly suggest.

Friendly service, acceptable pilots lounge and relax area. Everything you need. Simple Uber location to get food.
