Sheltair rules the ramp at OCF. They maintain the self-serve facility and hangars. There is a nominal fee for ramp use as they prove themselves worthy with superb customer service inside & out. Fresh cookies, coffee on demand with a well equipped pilot lounge, print services, private shower, TV, Briefing area and all. Crew cars are available with choice of three major car-rental companies as well. Airport management is responsive and co-located in the same building with usual City office hours.

Made a quick lunch stop at the restaurant. Courteous line guys got us marshaled in right away, no waiting around. Ramp fee was waived for the piston twin with a 20 gallon fuel purchase. Be advs'd there's also a $5 security fee.

Good FBO and facilities! 10/10! Cindy and Anaiah at Sheltair go out of their way to make sure you have a fine experience. Expect to have some facility fees, etc however they have discounts for AOPA, etc. I'll gladly pay just a bit extra to have a good experience. National/Enterprise also does a good job here. I've been landing here for the past 4 years with no issues. Elevation 89 the restaurant at the FBO has good food, can be a little busy, and they don't have fresh brewed tea! ):
