Coles County Aviation is a fantastic place to stop over. We were on a VFR flight from Calgary to Nashville and weather blocked our way south. Tate and Anthony were very helpful getting us situated and got us some overnight hangar space while we waited out the storms. They also got us set up with a crew car (classic Mercedes) that was probably the cleanest crew car I've ever used. I would highly recommend stopping here. Good people!!!

Flew in 6-16-24 to meet friends for breakfast and needed a top off to get home. Very welcoming line staff. Gave us a ride to the FBO in the golf cart to settle the bill. Fine facility.

The personnel were polite and helpful. The facility was well kept and very clean. It was active enough to have good amenities but not overly busy. It made for a fine stop. DA40

Doug was super helpful and we can't say enough fine things about him and the FBO at MTO. Good food at the cafe too. Just an amazing spot to stop!

My spouse and I fly into KMTO routinely to visit family. The ground crew is always top notch, meeting the plane when we taxi up, and assisting us with luggage and other requests. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. A fine start for any family function.

Really fine airfield with fabulous line crew. The eatery on the ramp is quite good and saves time running into town. Prob the best line fellow I've encountered in years (and on a Sunday to boot). Was pretty full, so didn't get fuel...and fuel costs are frankly too high for a rural Midwest airfield. Lots of nearby options with fuel 25% lower.

I flew my Cirrus into MTO for a conference. Doug marshaled me in and then picked me up in a golf cart. I called ahead for a crew car, the car was ready for me. I was back in 90 minutes, they had me topped off as requested. Doug was outstanding. Very friendly and professional. Good FBO I will definitely recommend it to anyone flying near and needing services. Thomas R.
