Connie (CSR) really went above and beyond helping us resolve a logistical problem. The line crew were friendly and helpful as well. We were there under an hour (T210), so I can't really comment on the fees; nobody asked us for ramp, security, or habitat charges, which is pretty common at Atlantic and other large FBO chains.

Connie is absolutely the best! Hands down! She got the rental car arranged, and even picked it up the night before we got in so it was ready and waiting for us. Line service was excellent. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

One of the finest FBOs in the nation! Superb and quick line service technicians combined with some of the best customer service achievable. I just wish we visited there more frequently!

Efficient fuel stop. Fine FBO, nothing special regarding coffee, drinks, or snacks.

Everyone at Atlantic was very helpful. Self service pumps located at the far south end of the field. FBO is mid field. Atlantic had made a reservation for me at the “pilot’s rate” at the Hampton Inn immediately behind the FBO. Crew cars available with a 2-3 hr limit. Hangar space was available for my Comanche. Note strong winds can kick up without being mentioned in the TAF. I will stop again on any western USA trip.

A perfect illustration of what is killing GA. I stopped in for an hour and got hit with an almost $600 ramp fee! They said they would waive it if I purchased 100 gal @ $10/gal, while fuel at my home field was $4.30... Really?! Before anyone comes back with the "you can afford it" BS, let me ask: when is enough finally enough? These FBOs are bleeding us for every penny they can get. There isn't another place to park a plane. You will never convince me that a sky-high fee combined with that fuel price is justifiable.

Superb service treated like a big jet. Stopped in with a C182. Called for a rental car before flying in and it was ready when we arrived. No ramp fees, left the rental on the ramp when we departed. Got self service gas at the far far end of the ramp past B1. Fine stop overall.

Flew in in an Aeronca Champ, very welcoming people on the line. Picked us up from the parking area. Upscale lobby, got a rental car which was pulled right to the front door of the FBO for about $50 a day. Tiedown and facility fee were waived for one night for us, we bought fuel at the FBO. Overall good experience.

Flew the P-Baron into Montrose on 30 September 2022 for a week of leaf peeping… our first trip here. The Atlantic crew Katy, Kamie, and the guys were superb. Rolled out the red carpet for us with our car waiting. Good FBO with very fair fees and costs for the level of service supplied. Planning to make Montrose our home away from home!
