Sarah and Bill are good and attentive to our passengers need as well as us crew. Our flight attendant needed a few extra items and they provided that without hesitation. Line service was Johnny on the spot with ice and our refrigeration bags. It's always a delight coming to Signature MSP.

Stopped in yesterday to get fuel and pax. Wonderful facility. I called a couple hours prior to our arrival and asked to have some newspapers put aside for us. We arrived and they had us topped off in 10 minutes. Went inside and she welcomed us and had our newspapers saved. Very fine staff. Upstairs is a really nice pilot lounge with locker rooms, snacks, drinks, and a good view to watch departures. They even had donuts. Building is very modern and clean. Wonderful experience for my first time here! Thanks!

An overnight stop at Minneapolis. Signature has a crew van for transport to hotel. Visited Mall of America.

Communication is awful. We suggest anyone who brings in their jet or piston to phone ahead to verify if the fuel trucks are operational. And I would wait for them to fuel it before going to grab lunch or anything to confirm that they actually do fuel it, or else you’re gonna be waiting another 30 to 45 minutes past the time of departure that you gave them, held up, waiting for them to fuel it. oh, and they might ask you 7 to 10x how much fuel you require after writing it down twice

Wow! Tremendous service from Ryan and the team at Signature MSP. Some of the finest FBO service I’ve ever had. Truly went the extra mile for me and my passengers.

April 2021 - Cessna T182T - swift stop to grab passenger - $49 handling (waived w/10 gal 100LL at $6.09/gal), $5 facility charge, and $92 landing charge collected by Signature for the airport authority - so with fuel buy the FBO charges aren’t too bad but the landing charge that is assessed by, and goes to the airport is quite high compared to what many of us are used to - general experience without incident
