Awesome FBO! Even when they're slammed, they've still got line guys ready and the folks inside are super friendly, always happy to help out. I've been here a few times and still keep looking forward to coming back. Super well run and always making Madison a super easy choice. Cole W. Cessna 206/Beech 58 Baron

This is my preferred stop when flying cross country. Jet Room Cafe open 7 days from 7:00 to 2:00 (OK 7:30 on Sunday), fine JetA price with AvFuel and a 2-line truck for efficient fueling (fuel has always complete well before I finish a quick lunch.) My only issues are that 1) they make you fill out a form even for fuel and 2) the front desk never has the bill finished beforehand even though I drop my card when heading to lunch. But not having to crew car offsite to food makes it worthwhile.

The line personnel met me and was courteous and professional. Inside the FBO has a big lobby, but it was packed and there was no area to sit because of a large quantity of folks waiting to get into the eatery. The washroom was not tidy. It took some time to settle for my fuel invoice because the desk personnel was handling flight school and scenic flight scheduling problems. They appeared casual and preoccupied. They requested for my tail number 3 times.

Good service - FBO is clean and everyone was very cordial. Took a courtesy car downtown to DLUX restaurant for lunch. BEST cheese curbs I've ever had and superb burgers. Highly suggest! Fine way to see downtown as well.

Good stop, enroute or overnight, I have been there before (C210). My only negative is no crew rate at a local hotel for drop in overnights, and the desk person did not assist me get settled anywhere after a long day of multiple legs. Other times I have been there I thought they had a crew rate and I know the staff get me set up with a room. But, I'll keep going back.

Flew in from Milwaukee to meet family at the Jet Room for breakfast. Superb FBO, very welcoming, tidy and full of amenities. Will stop in more frequently...and add Wisconsin Aviation's other FBOs to my list of places to visit.

This stop started as a 4 hr visit at UW Vet Clinic, turned into a 2.5 day long marathon. The W.A. team is incredible, assisting with at least 8 separate uses of the crew car, 2 refuelings, towing, parking and excellent tie down of our Cardinal, hotel pick ups/drop offs, and adjusting to a dozen changes in our plans. The FBO is well staffed, everyone is pleasant to a person and always willing to assist, the service is above and beyond. Give these folks your business, you'll not be dissatisfied.

Good place to stop before heading inbound to Oshkosh! Only drawback is that the restaurant closes at 2:00 even though there's 40 people milling around also going to Oshkosh. Suppose they do not want our patronage. Ended up getting a fine crew car and found an excellent place for a late lunch

Fly in about 2-3 monthly. Always slow to fuel jets. Normally 30-45 minutes or more while line guys hangout at counter with the ladies. Front counter people are nice and friendly

Stopped last week in my Mooney for an overnight and fuel. FBO personnel were friendly enough but nobody met us on arrival so we just took an open tie down. Airport is quite busy with airline, jet, and training traffic.
