Foothills Regional Aviation (KMRN)

I had to divert to Foothills because of a mechanical problem, and the staff there were incredibly accommodating! PF Flyers out of Greenville SC now has Martin, an A&P, based at the airport full time. As soon as they knew I was headed in, they connected me with him. He got my clogged fuel injector sorted out, and I was airborne again within 90 minutes! Martin was friendly and clearly knew his stuff, and the FBO team was great too!

Stopped in yesterday for a shot of fuel. Good guys here. Took care of us fast. Excellent job! Thanks guys!

Fine small FBO and welcoming staff who quickly fueled me up. $1 Cheerwine ice cold was good! Relaxed on the ramp there on the rocking chair. Shall visit again.

Good FBO, even better staff! They were very helpful when I needed to divert because of weather. I will certainly return!

No access to the fbo or restrooms following closing time.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the personnel here is amazing. Very accommodating and always willing to assist! The cheap fuel costs are also a plus. This is certainly my go to airport when visiting Lenoir.

Another good experience at Foothills. Jeff does a fine job communicating. Second journey in their in 2 years to visit family in Blowing Rock. They have nice snack selection: Cheerwine! Fair fuel price and lovely scenery. Give them a go if you are headed to the High Country!
