We've utilized Jet Access numerous occasions across the years visiting grandkids. They have always been so supportive. This instance upon arrival they pushed the plane into the hangar whilst it was raining. My wife didn't need to get out into the weather and we unloaded the aircraft in the dry hangar. Totally amazing service!!! Thank you folks

Very accommodating, super clean and retro facility, very new/clean crew cars, and the staff here will exceed your expectations with the utmost care and excellence!! They literally have just about anything a pilot or crew member could ask for and more! 10 out of 10, I suggest a stop here for sure!!

Exceptional service at Jet Access, all thanks to Dane and team. Flew in last minute with kids; they coordinated a rental SUV with Enterprise, waiting at the FBO. Flew in 10/18/23 for a last minute business dinner. Even calling last minute Dillon was very helpful and good to work with! Line staff was very helpful, polite, and competent. They provided fine service, and a clean, modern courtesy car. Dillon was there when I called, arrived and departed. He was excellent on each interaction. The facilities are beautifully updated with all the amenities you could ask for. Fuel prices were appropriate for the area. Joey K.

Flew in for the National Championship game in my Cherokee Six. My plane not my battery was use to the temps in Indy. The personnel was very helpful and cordial. Pulled me into the heated hanger boosted my battery and had me on my way. Highly recommend this FBO. Go Dawgs

Super well appointed FBO with many snacks and sundries, several complimentary and some for purchase. Either way very fine to have choices. Also one of the VERY FEW FBOs to ever offer assistance to my spouse and me with bags. Quite a departure from the subpar arrival usually given to general aviation.

Flew over from PA in my RV-14 to attend a friend's funeral. I'm certainly nobody important but you wouldn't know, amazing VIP treatment! Rental car arranged and parked along side my plane's parking space, lots of help unloading, dining and lodging recommendations galore, very friendly and helpful employees. Couldn't have asked for better treatment, thank you all! BTW, fuel price was the same as we pay in PA, so seemed reasonable enough to me.

I'm so impressed with Jet Access! They have been so helpful over the past twelve months taking care of our family and plane. Other area FBO's could take a lesson on their customer service from them. We're back to Jet Access at KMQJ. They have good client assistance! We tried the other FBO at KUMP for convenience to our family and we were let down. In our opinion Jet Access is still the finest FBO on the northeast side of Indianapolis! Adam T.

With many airports on the N and NE side of Indy you have numerous choices for FBO stops. I can recommend Jet Access at KMQJ. They put me in the hangar for Indianapolis 500 weekend, no issues. No rate increases or anything. As a matter of fact they gave us a discount for buying fuel! The other airports wanted ramp fees for outside. Good service and people!!!
