Visited family over weekend and personnel very welcoming and useful. Fuel a bit elevated but no tie down fee with fill so balanced out. Shall go there again when I visit!!

Second time visiting Oracle while in town for a few days. Personnel were very friendly. They called me one evening to ask if I wanted my 172 hangared for the night because of the NWS severe wx warning. It was $75 for the evening but I guess better-safe-than-sorry, and they asked permission before doing that. I’ll return on my next visit to Omaha.

Flew in for two days in a Trinidad. Came back and found that the main switch had been left on and, naturally, the battery was dead. The lineman worked to get power to start the plane but it would turn over. He brought a battery charger which we connected. They called the mechanic in on a Sunday. He worked to get a charge on the battery. We finally got it started and we were on our way. I can’t say enough about the lineman, the mechanic or the desk help. Wonderful FBO.

I/we stopped by KMLE and Oracle Aviation while on a day trip to the SAC museum in Ashland, NE. Oracle was the perfect FBO. Buffy, the receptionist at Oracle, was fantastic. She arranged the auto rental and for the fueling of our plane. She made our stay simple. Thanks to her for her kind words and suggestions. I will return anytime I am in the vicinity.

Stopped by for a day -- not what it was before. They’ve opened a new facility in Sioux Falls and it seems most of the focus and resources are being directed there. Called ahead yet no sign of where to park when I got there. Not all the marked parking areas have tie down hooks and no rope/chain is supplied. The personnel was friendly but mostly unsupportive. Upon departing there was no one at the front counter and the manager seemed unhappy to have to help me in settling the bill.

Fuel costs over a dollar higher than posted elsewhere. If they are able to update the price at the pump, they can update it on the web. Awful manner of conducting business.

Dawson N. Flew in for Thanksgiving week in my clubs C172. Wonderful FBO. Superb line staff, spotless facility, and affordable fuel. Would strongly suggest this to anyone and anticipate returning for another flight.

Flew into Millard today for the first time in many years. I’ve been using OMA and CBF but no longer. Very fine personnel and excellent assistance. They informed me the FBO was renovated in 2016 or 17, it looks completely fresh. I suppose I’ve gotten indifferent at the bigger FBOs like Signature not paying much attention to a single engine piston plane. This is a manner an FBO ought to be managed.

Good service and the personnel was very fine. I shall certainly return.
