I can only add to what others have already mentioned. The whole team from the front desk to the line crew went above and beyond during our stay on 2/27/25. When no crew vehicles were ready, Ben drove us in a company car to get the items from the local High School that we had flown in to retrieve. Every individual of the staff we met was cheerful and helpful. Fuel was fairly priced and the facility was very fine. Thank you Sheltair!

Awesome FBO. Line and staff in the FBO are as good as anywhere you will find. Very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back.

Good experience today. There's ample space on their ramp. The linemen were quick to respond and effective. The amenities (lounge, WiFi, coffee) inside were quite fine. Positive FBO experience. Concerning the tower, they could not have been more helpful. ATC however, kept me at 120kts from 65 miles out because of students in the pattern on CAVU day. This is a situation that requires a solution to assist Charter Ops with PAX on board.

Stopped here yesterday to wait on weather. Treated like royalty in a C172. Asked to be topped off simply to patronize them. Unfortunately lightning was within 10 miles and was unable to fuel for departure. Hung out in the lounge area while using their fast wifi. Went to the desk and was told I owe nothing. I smiled, said thank thank you and was once again treated like royalty taxing out. Everyone was nice.m from the line men to the people at the front desk. Clean and fine!
