Flew in on a Citation today. I was honestly blown away by the excellent service from the line guys, then inside I was treated just as well, maybe even better (Jennell Deberry!), than at any big chain FBO, and none of the ridiculous fees. A great way to skip the hassle of MEM.

Fuel is selfserve and misleading. The cc machine at the pumps is broken, they are aware - but will not tell you. I told 3 linesmen behind the counter that I was going to taxi out. (It is quite a walk from the FBO) When I called back in, they offered full serve at SS prices. Untrue, I was charged over $1 above SS price. Be warned. Told them, "T" refunded and recharged the same amount - said he would tell Mgr to contact me. No ride back to plane, no contact from Manager. I would steer clear.

Very fine FBO. Good assistance. Self serve fuel is a little bit of a walk from FBO. Make certain you go in the side entrance to the FBO and TSA are at the Terminal entrance.

Fine FBO, but be mindful that the GPU is $75 per 15 minutes, which equals $300 per hour. If you discover yourself needing the GPU to cool down the plane, be ready to spend some money. Otherwise really good FBO, very welcoming, fine pilot lounge, good amenities.

Fantastic fuel stop- roasted bean closed so they gave us keys to rental car and a recommendation which was good to get lunch. This is what general aviation is all about.

Superb, welcoming assistance from Tower/ Ground coordinating clearance and refueling and FBO services. Very suggested fuel stop when en route to Kansas from Southeast

Had the opportunity to spend a few hours at the FBO for the first time a few days back - Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable facility. Looking forward to my next visit!
