Executive Air Transport - (KMKG)

Spent the weekend in my Mooney m20c, and Executive looked after her the whole time. Parking was 10 bucks a night, which seemed fair. Recommended crosswinds taxi. Mike stays at the main terminal, so he showed up within 5 minute. Had either a van or suv depending on what we needed. Picked us up downtown Sunday right on time. Thanks for all the service

Everything you want in an FBO. I needed a fuel stop from east coast to ND. I Emailed ahead and they had the fuel truck rolling before the engine stopped. The quickest of quick turns only delayed by my shopping spree in their gift shop full of creative aviation stocking stuffers and grandkids Swag. Service so good I stopped by on the return, same fine professional response. CAA prices, midwestern hospitality.

As a new pilot, this was one of my initial stops for a family trip and it was fantastic! Even on a very busy day, the team was prompt to taxi us in and the fuel truck arrived just as we were shutting down. Super clean FBO, very good crew cars and a welcoming staff made for an incredible experience. We'll certainly be back!

You can’t reach anyone from FBO on the phone. They utilize a virtual call center that answers their calls. Very bothersome, I would suggest that FBO drops that service.

$10 each night for a ramp tie down

Phenomenal service! They took care of my hotel ($35 discount per night) and arranged my rental car... When we pulled in, the rental car was only 20 yards away. They began refueling right away. They even stored the plane in their hangar for two nights.... Great FBO. Thanks, Executive Air!

Good service. We stopped in for an impromptu dinner at the beach late on a summer evening and the personnel went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, helped with crew car and stayed a bit late after closing to make sure we made it out. Highly suggested.

My biggest thanks to Bob and team for taking good care of us yesterday. We flew in to take our daughters to Michigan Adventure. Very recommend.

A good FBO! Week before our arrival, I sent an email with a couple of queries; the response was fast and quite helpful. So, when we showed up, greeted by name and welcomed with professionalism. The overnight stay was very enjoyable.

Extremely helpful and professional staff. Overnight stay so we had a ramp tie down, and took in some fuel; they took care of all of it. Will definitely be back!
