I called today to inquire about fees and services and I felt plainly they did not desire my patronage

We called in a Jet A fuel order and departure time the day before and they did not fuel the plane. Our passengers waited one hour while they fueled us in the rain. Really frustrating, especially for the premium you pay to park on their ramp.

I was there for two nights in my Cirrus. I emailed asking for fuel to tabs (I put everything in writing) but they topped it off. This put me ~140 lbs overweight for takeoff. After an hour+ of maybe thinking they could pump out the extra fuel, they could not, so I flew to burn it off. That took another hour and moved me closer to my maintenance interval. They did not charge me for the excess fuel and discounted 50% the fuel I was supposed to get.

I was AOG. Dead battery, and needed assistance to get the single piston plane started. A simple battery cart is all I required. I called Signature, as they advertise as being avionic and maintenance capable. However, they declined, which was confusing to me. Atlantic (who mainly services jets and doesn't advertise any maintenance) said they could and would assist. So hats off to Atlantic for giving me a hand.

2023 11 04; flew in to get bite at fave, Chuys, had used Signature in past when down at end thats being remodeled, knew they had Courtesy Cars w fuel purchase. Line crew asked if i needed fuel, didnt tell me i needed 30 gal to have the ridiculous $90 ramp fee waived!! I was there fir less than 3.5 hrs. No overnight/hangar. Since i had em load about 20 gal onboard, they waived half the fee, and fuel fee was unreasonable. Wont use Sig'ntr again. Will find another like others before me...

Had a good experience at this Signature, specifically because of a particular line worker. Derek M. is exceptional at his job! He is very personable and his aviation knowledge is superb. He went to great lengths to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend him and his team. Thanks for the assistance!

Fuel trucks unreliable and down. Ended up having to taxi across field to get self serve fuel and they still charged overnight fees.

Quick stop to collect a traveler. Not most affordable facility but fine service. Taxied to the far side of the field for self serve 100LL

Stopped thru on a medivac flight at 11pm to pick up a team. Took the fuel that I could and came back thru again at 10am the next day. I then took the 200 minimum. Because of signatures policy, I was charged a handling fee for the previous stop since it was a new calendar day. 1 hr later and there would not have been any handling charge. This is a poor business practice and once again signature has failed on many levels of respect for the customer. Thanks for nothing

Very poor customer service. Showed up my co confirmed rental car was not set up. Asked for a hangar and was told I had space and they never bothered themselves with putting it in the hangar. Stay away, superior options on the field
