This is what a facility ought to be. Came to visit a friend for the weekend. Len Boyd and his team did an oil change on my Cessna 414A and could not have been more professional. It's unfortunate when good service is an exception.

Flew in yesterday for Len and his team to check and adjust the rudder trim on my 182. They did a good job diagnosing and resolving my issue, taking the time to show me precisely how the mechanism works and what the issue was. In and out in just 2 hours. Highly recommend this team. Thanks, Len, for the time you took to teach me a lot about my plane.

Good FBO and wonderful crew. We flew in to check out the nearby animal refuge (must see for kids). We were able to borrow a crew car for a couple hours. We shall return!

Shot the ILS into here to wait out some fog at my intended destination. Good small airport. Very welcoming person at the desk. I observed they have a full service Mx shop. Lots of transient parking. A very fine “option” flying up and down the east coast.

Landed at Ocean County last night on business in my PA-32. The personnel at Ocean Aire was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Donna made certain I was topped off and billed out quickly as I would be returning after hours. She then escorted me to the courtesy car, opened the gate so I could drive out to my plane to load my gear and made sure I understood how to get back on the field when I returned. First class service from start to finish and I look forward to my next visit!
