August 31, 2025Good airport. We arrived on a weekend when it was not attended. We had called ahead and Paul said the loaner car should be accessible. New runway 14/32 open. RNAV approaches with fine minimums. GCO available on 121.725 to contact Center or FSS. I was not able to get it to function, but I was unsure on number of clicks. I saw the directions on the wall in the Pilot Center later. If you fly in IFR ask them before you go to avoid calling Center on the telephone. Awesome small town of Jackson.
