HighNote Aviation (KMCN)

Had an amazing experience at Highnote Aviation today. Everyone was efficient, helpful, friendly, and courteous. I was dealing with an oil sensor issue, and H & H jumped right in to get it sorted out. The Tower controllers were super super good too. Really terrific experience today, and I’m very grateful.

The service was good for the aircraft, but this is not really an FBO-just one room inside the terminal building. As noted, there is no dedicated FBO facility, and none is currently under construction. There is also no crew accommodation available for rest or privacy.

This location is worse than signature, $30 for a piper arrow to land. I will never fly here again, if you are going to charge that much then I should receive some actual services.

The self service fuel is on the South Ramp and must be accessed via taxiway Delta, on the opposite side of the field from HighNote FBO.

Awesome FBO. Cordial personnel and will waive fees with fuel.

The FBO is operating out of the main terminal building until the new facility is finished. I was marshaled in professionally, fueled without delay, and everyone was very friendly. Fees were waived with 30 gallons or a top-off for a light twin. Overall, a very good experience.

Staff here was unbelievably nice. The ground support was outstanding!

Good service, fine fuel price (truck or $0.50 less at self service), and no ramp/overnight fee with my fuel purchase. Co-located with 121 terminal, so caution for the red-outlined airline ramp is advised.

Was charged a $30 facility fee for an hour while eating lunch at Dab's in my 172.
