Landed Dec 28, 2025 for overnight stop. Parked on ramp, greeted by two line guys. Snow/sleet came early next morning, called the desk to ask to hanger A/C to get it out of the weather and they did so quickly and plugged my Tanis engine heater in. Called to confirm billing = told the night before hangering is $75/nt, next day told it was $125x2 for 2 nts. Clarified 1 night, they added $45 ramp fee. Fuel ridiculously priced. They waived ramp fee and charged $50 to hanger. Good service though.

Signature is a little bit out of control on their costs. I come in just to drop off or pick up passengers and they charge me $500 every occasion even though I do it several times a week. I can understand a little bit of something but really $500 for just a few minutes of dropping off or picking up? I mean I can get a hotel for an entire day for half that.

Wow! Signature called me back and credited my overnight fee because of fuel fill up. Superb FBO and like the little cafe. Thank you Karen! I suggest Signature. Sanjeev P.

Fine facility, fine crew lounge, Good line service, good front desk service and respectable crew car. $670 handling, $30 infrastructure for Class IV jet, waived with 375 gallons at $6+/gallon. Less expensive for us to tanker, YMMV.

Very frustrated. Sent a student on a cross country in a C150. He landed for a pit stop and they charged him with a 44.00 fee. Note to self.... never again and spread the word.

Came in at 0430. Only one person on duty and they're refueling airliners. Had to wait more than an hour to get fuel. The restrooms were closed for cleaning. The ambulance waited at the gate. Too many EMS assets tied up due to poor staffing. Then they charged me $390 ramp fee. Not the line persons fault. She was moving as best she could. Get your act together Signature!

$35 overnight ramp charge applied with a $279 fuel purchase. Called them before this feedback was posted and asked that they waive the charge. They refused. Flew from Long Beach CA to Bahamas and back— NO FBO applied an overnight fee with a fuel purchase.

Flew in to KMAF in our SR22 for a passenger pick up. Folks at Signature were good! The handling charges were waived after buying a little fuel ($5 infrastructure fee was all that was charged). I’ll be back for certain!

Have stopped by Signature at KMAF on various ferry flights and have had nothing but good experiences every time. Ramp guys are quickly ready and eager to assist with a smile. Front desk ladies always assist with hotel accommodations and getting me to/from where I need to go. -Fred R. (KSNA)
